While we observe the majority of coaching programs being containers in which individuals are received to either be fixed, be better, thrive, have success… I felt an important dissonance in my body when thinking of building a program upon these goals and intentions. It took me time, lots of unlearning, and remembering, to build this space with the purest intentions.
